At Ardent Select, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, reliable, and worry-free.

Shipping

Orders are processed promptly and typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping times may vary but we ship from warehouses all over the United States so even if your order doesn't ship for a few days the travel time will likely be short. We work hard to ensure your order arrives in 3-6 days from the time of your order.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Opened returns will be handled on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances if there is a defect or something similar we will issue a return and refund. 

To start a return, simply contact our customer support team and we will provide instructions to complete the process.
